By accessing or using TopDomainSEO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
"Platform" refers to the TopDomainSEO website, tools, and services. "Aged Domain" refers to a domain name in our inventory that has been registered for a significant period and carries established SEO metrics. "Buyer" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who purchases a domain through our Platform. "Transfer" refers to the process of moving domain ownership from TopDomainSEO to the Buyer's registrar account.
To use our Platform and purchase domains, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.
Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the organization.
All domains listed on TopDomainSEO include metrics sourced from third-party SEO tools including Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic. While we verify these metrics at the time of listing, we cannot guarantee that metrics will remain unchanged after your purchase.
Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), Domain Rating (DR), Trust Flow (TF), and backlink counts are provided as verified at the time of listing. These metrics are subject to change by the issuing authority (Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic) and may fluctuate after purchase due to algorithm updates or link changes beyond our control.
We review domain history using Wayback Machine archives and Google Safe Browsing. However, we cannot guarantee a complete history of every domain. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before purchasing.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the domain transfer fee. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute delivery of the domain — delivery occurs when the domain has been successfully transferred to your registrar account.
Prices may change without notice. However, once you have completed a purchase, the price is locked. Promotional discounts, bundle deals, and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
After purchase, we initiate the transfer of the domain to your specified registrar account. Most transfers are completed within 24-48 hours, though some may take up to 7 business days depending on the receiving registrar.
You must provide accurate registrar account details for receiving the domain. You must accept the incoming transfer within your registrar dashboard when prompted. Failure to accept the transfer within the specified timeframe may result in delays.
We will initiate the transfer promptly after purchase, provide the EPP authorization code, ensure the domain is unlocked for transfer, and assist with any technical issues during the transfer process. Our support team is available 24/7 during active transfers.
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
If we are unable to complete the domain transfer for any reason attributable to us, you will receive a full refund. If the domain metrics at the time of purchase differ significantly (more than 20%) from the listed values due to our error, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not available after the domain has been successfully transferred to your account and you have accepted ownership. Changes in domain metrics after transfer due to third-party algorithm updates are not grounds for a refund. Buyer's remorse or change of plans after transfer completion is not eligible for refund.
Upon successful transfer, you receive full ownership rights to the domain name itself. However, purchasing a domain does not grant rights to any trademarks, content, or intellectual property previously associated with that domain.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the domain does not infringe on the trademarks or intellectual property rights of third parties.
You may not use domains purchased from TopDomainSEO for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws, distributing malware, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent schemes, spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or any activity that could harm the reputation of TopDomainSEO.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe intends to use our domains for prohibited purposes.
TopDomainSEO provides domains "as is" with verified metrics at the time of listing. We are not liable for changes in domain metrics after transfer, SEO ranking performance of purchased domains, third-party actions affecting the domain (registrar issues, DNS propagation), or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to a domain purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific domain.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
